Our consistent drive for compliancy and quality continues to increase the capabilities of our 225 home care experts. In fact, our staff achieved a proficiency score of 50 out of 54 in a recent DIDD audit.

While Stellar is the remedy to current State budget restraints, we welcome the partnership available through government-subsidized funding of in home care.

CHOICES, through TennCare, is a need-based program that works in conjunction with the care you already receive. It also serves as a means in providing new home care to handle all the day-to-day activities of essential living that may have grown too cumbersome to handle on your own.
