Quick Response

Having a large, highly trained Memphis home care work force allows us to be responsive to the many needs involved with a caregiver-client relationship. In addition to staffing a case quickly, we strive to be responsive to both the client and the client’s family.

The Client

Providing high quality care requires being quick to respond to clients’ needs. Whether it’s a daily comfort issue or an emergency situation, our caregivers’ government-mandated training better equips them to respond quickly and correctly.

The family of the client

It is just as important to respond quickly and communicate clearly to family members of our Memphis home care clients. From scheduling flexibility to real time feedback on how a client is doing, we strive to be responsive to family and anyone making decisions on behalf of the client. We also understand that most of our clients have complex medical histories and realities. We strive to be aware and respond quickly to any health issues that may arise as we are performing our services.

Superior Value

While it’s important to choose a Memphis home care provider based on quality, experience, flexibility and responsiveness- price is clearly important too. Stellar’s scale and efficiency allows it to offer a base hourly rate of $16.00, which is well below many of our private duty competitors. And just as important, we do not require a minimum number of hours to get started or to maintain service.
